As we re-open our doors, the safety of our visitors and team members is of paramount importance. We have put measures in place to prioritise the health and wellbeing of everyone. Due to the current government regulations, between October 12th and December 1st you must be fully vaccinated in order to dine in with us. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who doesn’t comply with these guidelines. 


All bookings are for a maximum 10 people per booking and the average seating duration of 1.5 hours. We are currently only accepting online bookings of 2 – 10 people. Please note for bookings over 10, it may be split into two separate tables/bookings. We also welcome walk ins, tables will be limited.  


Guest Contact Details:
In accordance with mandatory contact tracing obligations during the Covid-19 pandemic, contact
details for all guests attending a reservation must be provided on arrival at Hello Auntie. These details will be used solely for the purpose of tracing
Covid-19 infections. You and your guests’ information will be stored confidentially and securely, and will be cleared from our system after 28 days

Reservation Confirmation

Once credit card details are received your reservation is confirmed and subject to our cancellation policy noted below. We will re-confirm your reservation within  24 hours prior to your booking. If you think you may be unavailable, please contact us on 02 8068 8838 or email us at [email protected]



Cancellation Policy
Credit card details are required to secure all reservations at Hello Auntie. Deposits are not refundable should you cancel your booking within 24 hours prior to your booking time, or if you fail to show for the booking. Please contact the booking venue to make any amendments to your reservation. This also applies to any promotions at our venue.


We require you to be punctual. If you are 15 mins or more late, your booking will be deemed as a no-show and will be forfeited.


Reservations of 8 guests or more are required to dine from Auntie’s Feed Me set menus. With these bookings, full payments are required in order to secure your booking. Please note that all bookings of 8 or above will incur a 10% service fee applied to the table. 


Seating Requests
Hello Auntie will do its best to accommodate all seating requests, which are always noted at the time of the booking. However, we are unable to guarantee your requested seat, as table allocations are finalised on the day.


Public Holiday Surcharge
Should your reservation date fall on a public holiday, a surcharge of 10% will be applied to all food and beverage prices.


Payment options
Please note we accept Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, and EFTPOS. All credit and debit cards are charged at our lowest cost of acceptance.


Health and safety
We are COVID safe. Please be aware if you are showing any concerning symptoms of sickness, we advise you to stay home. We will not be able to honour our booking, if you are showing any concerning symptoms of sickness. 


We no longer offer BYO wine, for hygiene and safety reasons. This is to ensure the health and safety for all those attending
the venue including staff and guest.
